Bachelor's degree, Previous experience in Compensation or HR, Proven experience in managing complex variable compensation plans, Expertise in compensation best practices, Knowledge of budget planning, Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, Demonstrated ability to manage projects, Demonstrated ability to manage process improvements, Demonstrated ability to manage change management initiatives, Experience as a People Leader, Fluent English

Provide direct supervision and training
Design and manage global variable pay programs
Design and manage sales incentive plans
Develop annual compensation strategies
Oversee communication of plans

Ensure compensation processes are compliant

Partner with Finance and Sales Operations
Track plan performance
