What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in data science, business, computer science, or a related field, 10+ years of progressive experience in data roles, at least 3 years in a director-level or equivalent leadership position, Experience in healthcare staffing, healthcare technology, or a closely related industry, Demonstrated success building and executing data strategy roadmaps in a commercial or operationally complex environment, Experience evaluating, procuring, and activating third-party data products with measurable business outcomes, Proven track record designing and operating enterprise data governance programs, including data quality, metadata management, and access controls
Nice to Have
Advanced degree in a quantitative or technical MBA
What You'll Do.
Develop and maintain data portfolio roadmap
Inventory and assess existing data assets
Identify gaps relative to strategic use cases
Define prioritized pipeline of data investments
Present quarterly roadmap updates
Lead structured evaluations of external data providers
Negotiate data licensing and partnership agreements
Manage ongoing vendor relationships
Maintain and socialize dataset catalog
Develop expected ROI models
Instrument datasets post-implementation
Conduct regular ROI reconciliations
Collaborate with Finance on ROI standards

Implement automated monitoring

Design and govern enterprise data controls framework
