What They're Looking For.
Must Have
10+ years of production AI/ML experience, Advanced degree in related field, Hands-on experience with agentic frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or equivalent)
Nice to Have
EU AI Act awareness
What You'll Do.
Lead agentic AI initiatives
Develop and execute a roadmap for agentic AI systems
and productionize agentic pipelines
Define agent evaluation frameworks
Design and implement data foundations
Identify and integrate internal/external data sources
Collaborate with globally dispersed stakeholders
and cross-functional teams
Provide agile consulting and guidance on unplanned
high-priority analytical and AI challenges
Publish and present at conferences and academic journals
Coach and develop junior data scientists and AI engineers
