Understanding of taxonomy creation and execution Media Platform Knowledge: Campaign Management: CM360, DSPs. Social: Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, X. Search: SA360, Bing, Google Ads. Leadership Skills: Proven experience in management of multiple team members Ability to provide feedback & guidance in a constructive manner to direct reports Demonstrate collaboration, including ability to drive clarity in a multi-stakeholder environment Desired Skills & Experience 7+ years of experience in agency or client-side digital media planning or media analytics Presentation development and delivery Strong written and verbal communication Ability to engage, develop, and give feedback to drive success of colleagues not reporting to you directly Desired Skills & Experience 10+ years of experience in agency or client-side digital media, data management, or media analytics. Strong presentation development and delivery skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Demonstrated ability to influence, engage, and develop colleagues (direct and indirect reports).
