Summary: Responsible for the overall enterprise-wide effectiveness and efficiency of data center technology systems and networks, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction are maintained. This role involves leading migration to new technologies, evaluating processing performance, and forecasting resource needs to meet organizational objectives. Additionally, the role oversees network/data operations and business continuance plans. Responsibilities: Lead the migration to new technologies and enhance technology systems. Evaluate processing performance in terms of machine utilization and reliability. Forecast financial, physical, and human resource needs to achieve business objectives. Oversee and coordinate network/data operations and restoration plans. Implement alternative routes or systems to restore service in case of disruptions. Provide strategic direction and mentorship to junior management staff. #Ll-Onsite Accountable for IT department decisions and management. Report regularly to the Chief Information Officer or IT Chief Operating Officer.
