5+ years of leadership experience in a senior leadership role, Disciplinary responsibility for distributed teams, Solid experience in data architecture & data engineering, Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), Demonstrable portfolio responsibility, Experience in pre-sales, Building service portfolios, Corporate stakeholders at C-/VP-level, Regulatory requirements (GDPR, EU AI Act), Servant leadership mindset, Communication and stakeholder management skills, German and English at business fluent level (C1+)
Nice to Have
Experience in the automotive industry, Experience with modern AI capabilities: LLMs, RAG, agentic architectures, MLOps, Experience in platform modernization and consolidation programs, Familiarity with VW Group structures and processes, Experience steering nearshore/offshore teams
