Must Have

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field with 12 years of relevant experience OR Master's degree with 10 years of experience OR 16 years of experience in lieu of a degree, 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in data engineering, cloud architecture, or enterprise technology platforms, at least 4 years in a director or senior leadership role, Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, and/or GCP), Demonstrated experience building and scaling enterprise data platforms, Proven track record establishing data governance frameworks, data quality standards, and enterprise data strategy, Executive-level communication skills, Experience managing cross-functional, matrixed teams, vendor management experience including cloud service providers, SI partnerships, and technology platform negotiations

Experience operating within defense, national security, aerospace, or government-contracting environments, familiarity with ITAR, CMMC, or FedRAMP compliance requirements, Hands-on experience with modern data stack technologies including dbt, Snowflake, Databricks, Apache Spark, Kafka, or equivalent platforms, Experience integrating AI/ML capabilities and operationalizing machine learning models in product
