Reporting to the VP of Data Engineering and Analytics, this role is to lead the Data Analytics team to enable global Analytics across Oura. About the Role We are seeking an experienced analytics platform leader as the Director for the Data Analytics team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting the vision and roadmap for the Analytics Data Lifecycle including Business Metrics, Business Glossary, Data Governance, Data Products to accelerate our business growth, deepen our product and membership understanding, and optimize our business operations. The core function is to define and execute the organization’s data strategy to drive business decisions and outcomes by bridging the gap between technical and business stakeholders, transforming data into actionable insights to improve performance, efficiency and revenue. You will lead a talented team of business and data analysts, acting as a player-coach to guide their work and develop their careers. As a key partner to leaders across the Data Engineering and Analytics organization, you will translate complex business challenges into a clear analytical roadmap, ensuring your team delivers accurate, trustworthy, and actionable insights that shape the future of Oura's growth.
