Nice to Have

Director or senior manager experience, CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or equivalent certifications

Translate business risk to security investment

Manage full security stack

Set configuration standards and runbooks

Run Sentinel as primary SIEM

Lead security vendor and partner relationships

Administer vendor security assessment

Institute Purview as data governance platform

Keep incident response plans documented

Oversee vulnerability management

Oversee pen testing programs

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Work with legal, IT, and product leads; Partner with Director IT; Collaborate with compliance lawyer; Work with CFO; Work with business peers

Communication Scope

Report security investment clearly to senior leadership; Present risk clearly to non-technical senior leadership
