What They're Looking For.
Must Have
10+ years of experience in consumer insights, customer insights, UX research, market research, or related strategy-focused disciplines, experience leading highly cross-functional insights initiatives in complex organizations, Deep expertise across qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, business acumen and strategic thinking skills, Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, evolving environments with high levels of ambiguity and organizational complexity, Experience leading large-scale or multi-stakeholder research initiatives spanning brand, product, customer experience, and innovation efforts, organizational leadership and operational excellence capabilities
Nice to Have
Experience in DTC, wellness, healthcare, consumer products, subscription businesses, or high-growth environments preferred, Experience supporting global and multi-market insights initiatives, including consideration of regional, cultural, and market-specific nuances.
