About the Role Figure is seeking a Director, Crypto Protocols, to spearhead the rollout of PRIME. As the foundational protocol for Hastra.io, PRIME is a premier RWA DeFi token, and this position is central to Figure's mission to integrate institutional assets with crypto-native frameworks. In this capacity, you will drive the technical strategy and architectural execution for Hastra's burgeoning DeFi projects across Ethereum, Solana, and subsequent networks.
