Eligibility Requirements

Requires regular travel to cross-dock facilities throughout the United States and Mexico, International travel up to 40%, Available to support operations across multiple time zones, Flexibility to support critical customer or operational issues outside standard business hours

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related technical field, 8–10 years progressive leadership experience in warehousing, logistics, distribution, or cross-dock operations, 3 years experience supporting automotive logistics, just-in-time (JIT) delivery environments, or sequenced parts operations, 4 years experience managing third-party logistics (3PL) providers and multi-site operational networks, Demonstrated experience managing U.S.-Mexico cross-border logistics operations and customs-related processes, Advanced proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), and supply chain analytics platforms, Analytical skills with ability to interpret complex operational data and translate findings into actionable business strategies, Professional working proficiency in English

Nice to Have

Spanish proficiency strongly preferred

What You'll Do.

Serve as primary point of contact for customers

Lead Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) and Quarterly Business

Communicate operational performance through key metrics

Develop and present corrective action plans when performance

and enforce operational KPIs and service-level

Conduct operational and financial audits to ensure compliance

Serve as final escalation point for operational failures

Drive continuous performance improvements across all partner locations

Lead and optimize cross-dock operations across the United

Identify and eliminate operational bottlenecks to maximize throughput

Manage cross-border freight consolidation and deconsolidation activities

Develop capacity plans to support volume fluctuations and

Establish and implement standardized operating procedures across internal

Oversee Warehouse Management System (WMS) transactions and inventory

Lead Lean and Six Sigma initiatives focused on

Utilize operational data and analytics to identify process

Own and manage the cross-dock operations budget and

Drive cost-per-unit reductions
