What They're Looking For.

Must Have

8+ years above producer/project management level, Experience leading multiple concurrent complex projects, Agency experience, Experience planning, scheduling, coordinating with external partners and clients, Proven ability to manage change, Proven ability to rally teams around new directions, Proven ability to drive adoption of processes, Experience managing cross-functional relationships, Ability to work assertively and collaboratively across competing priorities, Demonstrated experience producing video, motion, and/or experiential projects, Experience running print/document production, Experience running strategy projects, Experience running digital projects, Experience running pre-production video projects, Experience running web development projects, Demonstrated ability to work within AI-native production environments, Associate's or Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Nice to Have

Familiarity with CMS preferred, Familiarity with social media platforms preferred, Familiarity with Creative Cloud preferred, Familiarity with Google Workspace/G-suite preferred, Familiarity with Mac preferred

What You'll Do.

Ensure processes are executed from brief to on-time

Serve as operational connective tissue between Creative and

Implement consistent creative-first project management processes

Own project intake and briefing process

Lead development of statements of work

Lead development of project estimates

Lead development of production proposals

Manage budgets for project-based work

Report budget performance

Manage production across concurrent client scopes

Support pre-production workflows

Support production workflows

Support post-production workflows

Coordinate with internal teams

Coordinate with potential vendors

Partner with Creative leadership to establish intake standards

Partner with Creative leadership to establish briefing standards

Partner with Creative leadership to establish project kickoff

Articulate strategic plans

Consult at a strategic level with clients

Take ownership of team staffing

Work with other staffing representatives

Report progress and next steps

Identify projects with case study potential

Partner with Creative leadership to ensure documentation planning
