10+ years of experience in costing, finance, or supply chain leadership roles, focus on cost analysis and cost management, capability in cost accounting software, financial analysis tools, analytical and problem-solving skills, driving cost efficiency, communication and interpersonal skills, ability to influence and collaborate across global teams, experience in a global business environment
Nice to Have
MBA or advanced degree, cost-neutral innovation frameworks

Take ownership of global costing strategy
Lead strategic development of Global Costing roadmap
Lead team for cost structure development
Lead build and onboarding of costing team
Coach and mentor team members
Provide trends on global market
Evaluate new materials
Partner with global leaders
