About the Role We’re hiring a Director to lead diligence across strategic capital raises, infrastructure investments, and large-scale technology programs. This role sits at the intersection of technical consulting, infrastructure engineering, investment strategy, and commercial diligence. You’ll work across engineering, infrastructure, operations, finance, and investment teams, acting as the technical authority on whether complex infrastructure and deployment programs are operationally feasible, commercially sound, and ready for capital commitment. Your work will directly shape how investment opportunities are evaluated before capital is deployed. By bringing rigor to technical execution risk, downside protection, revenue assurance, and operational readiness, you’ll help ensure Nscale makes well-grounded decisions on critical AI infrastructure initiatives.
