Must Have
University degree in computer science, administration, finance or a related field., Minimum of 10 to 15 years of professional experience, relevant experience in management and implementation of ERP solutions, SAP (FICO, MM, HR-Payroll modules), workforce management systems such as UKG, Proven experience managing and developing technical and functional teams., customer and business partner mindset., Excellent communication, influence and stakeholder management skills., organizational skills and ability to manage priorities and urgencies effectively., Excellent command of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams), demonstrated ease with collaborative digital tools and AI solutions (e. g. Copilot)., Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies., Oral and written fluency in French and English, A good knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
