This role will serve as a critical finance business partner across the organization, with a strong emphasis on ownership of consolidated reporting, board reporting, acquisition integration, and financial process rigor. Who you are The ideal candidate has experience operating in a complex, high-growth environment where accuracy, accountability, and executive-level communication are paramount. This person will play a key role in working alongside our accounting team to improve reporting infrastructure, streamline intercompany and consolidation processes, and ensure confidence in the numbers presented to executive leadership and the Board on a monthly basis. In addition, this role will directly manage and develop one FP&A team member, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance leadership to support the team's growth and effectiveness. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, drives process improvement, and takes pride in delivering highly accurate financial reporting under tight timelines.
