Director, Content Design, Core Card Experiences We’re currently seeking a content design director to join our Core Card Experiences team, which is part of the Experience Design organization. Card is the largest revenue source for Capital One. However, many people don’t understand key concepts around credit, how to use it wisely and how to use it to build a better financial future. In this role, you will oversee the customer and associate facing experiences that help make our biggest business thrive. The Experience Design team at Capital One is at the forefront of enriching our customers’ digital and physical experiences and we are passionate about creating memorable, meaningful product experiences that build the Capital One brand with humanity and drive business advantage and innovation.
