This role focuses on translating Mastercard’s business strategy into high-impact advertising campaigns, brand activations, and differentiated consumer experiences, leveraging sponsorships, partnerships and connection to culture as tools to reinforce brand relevance and drive business outcomes in the Brazilian market. Responsibilities: • Lead consumer marketing strategy for Brazil, aligned with regional, global, and business priorities, strengthening Mastercard’s brand leadership through culturally relevant campaigns and integrated consumer journeys that drive brand equity, consumer engagement, and business results. Leverage data, consumer insights, and market analysis to inform strategies and recommend the most effective course of action. • Oversee the end-to-end development of integrated advertising campaigns and activations, ensuring consistent brand storytelling and strong commercial impact. Partner closely with Product and Business teams, using performance metrics, consumer insights, and campaign analysis to optimize creative development, media strategy, and go-to-market execution across channels.
