**[What the role is]** You will be part of a team that drives construction productivity through technology adoption and process transformation. **[What you will be working on]** Responsibilities You will be part of the management team which develops and implements strategies to drive industry-level adoption of construction technologies [e.g. Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DfMA), robotics and automation] and lean construction practices. You will have to formulate strategies and initiatives to transform construction methodologies and processes at scale and engage stakeholders to address implementation challenges. **[What we are looking for]** Requirements * Good understanding of industry practices to assess transformative impact and relevance of technologies. * Possesses strong leadership qualities, sectoral knowledge and can think strategically. * Good interpersonal and communication skills to engage stakeholders (internal and external) * Self-driven individual who champions excellence and innovation
