Eligibility Requirements

Ability to travel to sites as needed, U. S. citizen or national, U. S. lawful, permanent resident (aka green card holder), Refugee under 8 U. S. C. § 1157, or Asylee under 8 U. S. C. § 1158, or be eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U. S. Department of State.

What You'll Do.

Lead the planning and execution of all site development and construction activities for reactor deployments

Own the end-to-end construction strategy—from early site design input through field execution

Serve as the critical bridge between engineering and the field

ensuring designs are constructible and projects are delivered safely

Drive cost efficiency and ensuring timely project completion to meet Antares’ aggressive deployment timelines

Build and lead the construction function

and scaling Antares’ deployment capabilities

Own construction strategy and execution for all reactor deployment sites

Drive projects to completion on aggressive timelines while maintaining safety and quality standards

Minimize cost and schedule through planning
