What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience, 10+ years progressive compensation experience, Extensive Radford experience, Deep expertise in compensation design, job architecture, and incentive programs, analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into business decisions, collaborative, communication, and execution skills, with high attention to experience, Knowledge of Federal and State Employment Law as well as current employment related legislation

Nice to Have

5+ years of experience with Radford, working with other survey vendors, experience in tech or high-growth environments a plus

What You'll Do.

Provide consultative support to HR Business Partners and Recruiting team related to compensation practices

Advance total rewards strategies through thoughtful evaluation

and communication of global programs

Collaborate on the development and administration of base

and equity philosophies

Support the execution of short- and long-term compensation initiatives

Contribute to the maintenance of accurate market data by coordinating survey participation and performing detailed analysis

Maintain analytical compensation models

Review and update policies and procedures

and local compensation laws and regulations

Provide timely support for internal audits
