Experience partnering with Senior leadership in a global organization., Advanced analytical and financial modeling capabilities, systems and tools expertise, including SAP, Hyperion, Business Objects, Power BI and Microsoft Office Suite, Demonstrated ability to influence strategic decisions and lead cross-functional initiatives across global organizations, executive presence with the ability to partner effectively with senior management and influence key stakeholders, Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate financial insights into clear and compelling narratives for diverse audiences, Highly organized and results-oriented, able to prioritize effectively and deliver high-quality outcomes in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, Strategic mindset combined with operational rigor, with a bias for action and a focus on driving simplification, transparency, and measurable business impact

What You'll Do.

Lead and orchestrate the annual operating plan (AOP) process for the regions

Act as a strategic finance partner to the senior leadership team by providing forward-looking financial insights
