Lead and develop customer experience management across the business
Own and improve Net Promoter Score (NPS) and customer satisfaction practices
Provide customer and business insights to support the development of digital services
Oversee global customer service operations
Drive performance improvement and ensure consistency across regional teams
Develop and improve sales processes and ways of working
Analyze commercial performance
identify improvement areas
Develop and implement commercial strategies and business plans
Contribute as a member of the Pulp Sales Management team
