Must Have
5–7+ years of experience in commercial banking, lending analytics, pricing, or related financial services roles, understanding of commercial credit fundamentals, Experience applying analytics to lending decisions, portfolio optimization, or pricing strategy, Hands-on experience using SQL and Python (or equivalent) for data analysis and insight generation, Ability to work with complex datasets, Experience building repeatable analytical solutions and performance reporting assets, Demonstrated ability to distill complex financial and analytical concepts into clear, compelling narratives, Comfortable influencing senior stakeholders
