Must Have

5–7+ years of experience in commercial banking, lending analytics, pricing, or related financial services roles, understanding of commercial credit fundamentals, deal structuring, pricing drivers, portfolio performance, Experience applying analytics to lending decisions, portfolio optimization, pricing strategy, Hands-on experience using SQL, Python (or equivalent) for data analysis, insight generation, Ability to work with complex datasets, translate results into business-relevant insights, Experience building repeatable analytical solutions, performance reporting assets, Demonstrated ability to distill complex financial and analytical concepts into clear, compelling narratives, Comfortable influencing senior stakeholders across business, credit, and functional teams
