Providing marketing product for the sales force
Modeling and documentation negotiation
Discussing CLO warehouses with the Warehouse Team in Toronto
Following and analyzing CLO Market
Learning CLO Documentation
Working with the sales force to get documentation stips on time
Learning how to model CLO Deals
Working with Rating Agencies and Law Firms on deals
Working with Syndicate to achieve optimal results on deals
Differentiating CIBC and elevating its research profile
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Sales and trading groups within FICC, particularly the GCF and Sales teams in New York; Peers within FICC and within World Markets; Other key infrastructure groups supporting the equity and fixed income derivatives, such as Middle Office, Finance, Risk, Technology and Operations; Credit Trading in Canada and Europe; Sales Globally

This information should have direct positive impact on the desk’s P&L. This candidate will be responsible for modeling and documentation negotiation.. This role will also work closely with our Warehouse Team in Toronto to discuss the CLO warehouses.
