Prepare comprehensive briefing materials for CEO

Ensure staff provide CMO meeting logistics and content
Ensure timely follow-through on action items and commitments

Support leadership routines and governance forums
Act as a central liaison across teams
Facilitate communication and drive clarity

Lead community and culture-building initiatives
