What They're Looking For.

Must Have

At least 12 years’ experience in relationship management, account management, or commercial roles within financial data, energy markets, or B2B information services, Cross-functional leadership experience, Ability to translate complex product capabilities into clear value propositions, Proven experience engaging directly with internal and external c-suite stakeholders

Nice to Have

Experienced with Salesforce (preferable) and/or other CRM platforms

Elevating the quality and consistency of how Dow Jones Energy engages with its most important customers

Delivering a cohesive client experience

Ensuring the full value of the Dow Jones portfolio is realized by each account

Championing a culture of exceptional client engagement

trusted relationships with key contacts and influential stakeholders

Ensuring customers consistently realize the strategic value of the Dow Jones Energy portfolio

Driving cohesion across teams and functions

Working in close partnership with Commercial Managers to identify and pursue growth opportunities

Translating client insights and market knowledge into actionable commercial strategies

Ensuring clients are supported through the full commercial lifecycle

Building and maintaining engagement plans

Conducting continuous

investigative dialogue with customers

Channeling actionable feedback to Product and Editorial teams

Maintaining accurate and current visibility into account health

and expansion opportunities

Building and sustaining meaningful partnerships with key accounts and influential entities

Representing Dow Jones Energy at senior levels

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Work closely with Sales, Product, and Editorial teams; Drive cohesion across teams and functions; Work in close partnership with Commercial Managers; Channel actionable feedback to Product and Editorial teams; Bringing people together and aligning competing priorities to achieve shared goals

Communication Scope

Translating complex product capabilities into clear value propositions; Build credibility at every level a client’s organization
