Must Have
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, Minimum of 5 years experience in financial services, Experience managing client relationships within Fund Administration, Experience managing client relationships within Fund Accounting, Experience managing client relationships within Transfer Agent, Experience managing client relationships within Distribution, Experience managing client relationships within Tax, Experience managing client relationships within Valuation, Demonstrable communication skills, Demonstrable relationship skills, Demonstrable team skills, High level of comfort preparing client presentations, High level of comfort leading client presentations, Significant degree of self-motivation, Significant degree of direction, Tact in resolving escalated client issues, Professionalism in resolving escalated client issues, Savvy in resolving escalated client issues, Ability to generate ideas, Ability to suggest process improvements, Experience working closely with senior-level management, Willing to work on site a minimum of 6 days/month
Nice to Have
Experience in asset management a plus, Experience in private funds a plus, Experience in capital markets a plus

Manage a portfolio of key client relationships
Ensure SS&C service levels meet client expectations
Ensure SS&C service levels exceed client expectations
Build trusted relationships with clients' key contacts
Capture client feedback
Drive strategic change initiatives
Organize formal service level review meetings
Chair formal service level review meetings
Articulate benefits of SS&C services
Articulate benefits of SS&C business model
Incorporate client initiatives into account plans
Incorporate client needs into account plans
Incorporate client structures into account plans
Foster internal working partnerships
Identify cross-selling opportunities
Develop MIS into recommendations
Translate MIS into recommendations
Work closely with sales team
Contribute to marketing efforts
Maintain knowledge of industry trends
Maintain knowledge of potential impact on SS&C
