What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor's degree, 8+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, consulting, or related fields, 1+ year in a leadership or people-management role, Hands-on experience with payer data sources including claims, membership, pharmacy, and UM/CM datasets, technical proficiency with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, SAS, Python, R, or similar tools, Deep understanding of medical economics concepts, experience identifying cost-of-care optimization opportunities, Exceptional communication and presentation skills, Ability to simplify complexity and influence executive stakeholders, Ability to navigate ambiguity, manage competing priorities, guide teams through change, Experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or similar project delivery methodologies

Nice to Have

Degree in a quantitative, healthcare, or technology field (e. g. , statistics, public health, computer science, economics), Experience working across multiple healthcare lines of business or serving large Medicaid plans, Experience developing scalable data products or analytics automation
