About the role: The Director – Channel Systems Engineering leads the channel technical organization, managing a team of Channel Systems Engineers aligned to strategic partners. The role ensures partners are technically enabled, architecturally aligned, and consistently successful delivering Veeam solutions. A key responsibility is acting as the technical connector across Veeam Field Sales, Alliances, and Partner teams to drive unified technical and GTM execution. The Director operates with high autonomy and influences outcomes across Channel, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Systems Engineering. What you'll do Leadership reduce friction and duplication.
