Denison University seeks a student-centered, innovative, and relational leader to serve as the Director of the Alford Community Leadership & Involvement Center (CLIC). This role is central to advancing a vibrant, engaging, and inclusive campus experience where students are not only participants but co-creators of community, leadership, and social life. The Director will lead a dynamic team of professional and student staff in cultivating a distinctly Denison model of involvement, one that integrates leadership development, civic engagement, student organizations, social connection, and high-impact campus experiences. This leader will champion a vision of campus life that is energetic, visible, and student-driven, ensuring that Denison’s co-curricular experience supports student engagement on and off campus. This role requires a leader who is creative, collaborative, and forward-thinking, with a deep understanding of today’s college students and a passion for building environments where all students can find connection, purpose, and belonging. * Lead and develop a high-performing team through clear expectations, regular feedback, and accountability.
