Must Have
8+ years in IT leadership, 2 years at the Director level in infrastructure, digital workplace, or end-user services, Demonstrated experience managing technology platforms as products, Deep familiarity with modern endpoint management, Proven track record of implementing AI/automation tools, Ability to drive organizational change, Exceptional ability to articulate a technical vision to executive leadership, Demonstrated experience managing AV environments, Familiarity with enterprise networking concepts, Familiarity with corporate AV standards
Nice to Have
Experience with ITSM platforms, Track record of maturing service delivery operations
