What They're Looking For.

Must Have

12+ years in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or related roles with leadership experience, Proven ability to define and build high-impact BI functions or transformations, Experience leading and scaling sizable, multi-functional analytics teams, Experience supporting executive teams with strategic, decision-oriented analytics, understanding of GTM analytics, pipeline management, and forecasting, Demonstrated ability to translate data into clear, actionable business direction, SQL experience

Nice to Have

Experience in ad tech, media, or similar complex data environments (SSP/DSP preferred), Proficiency in BI tools (Looker Tableau, Power BI, etc. ) is a plus, Python or similar tools considered a plus
