Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, or related field, 8+ years of experience delivering complex, cross functional initiatives in innovation, transformation, or modernization contexts, Proven ability to operate in ambiguity while imposing structure and delivery discipline, Deep experience with program and project delivery methodologies (Agile, hybrid, waterfall), applied pragmatically, stakeholder management skills, with the ability to integrate across business, technology, and enabling functions, Experience preparing clear, decision ready materials for senior leaders and executive forums, Financial and operational acumen to assess delivery tradeoffs, readiness, and value realization, Exceptional facilitation and communication skills, grounded in achieving measurable outcomes, Collaborate with stakeholders to drive efficient outcomes and ensure alignment with business case objectives
Nice to Have
MBA or advanced degree preferred

Translate enterprise priorities into executable delivery plans
Operate and enforce the innovation and AIM28 delivery framework
Prepare materials for VP- and ELT-level decision-making
Coordinate cross functional delivery teams
Maintain delivery continuity from design into rollout
and dependency conflict
Apply appropriate governance inflows with execution
Track delivery progress and benefits realization
Support transition to business ownership
Provide end-to-end oversight of automation opportunities
