What They're Looking For.
Must Have
7–10+ years of experience in solution‑based selling within industrial services, facility management, or outsourced operations, Direct experience working with manufacturing, production, or distribution environments, A proven track record of closing large, multi‑year contracts (typically $1M+ annually), A understanding of integrated facility management models, including both technical (hard) and service (soft) components, The ability to translate operational challenges into clear financial and business outcomes, Experience managing long sales cycles and engaging stakeholders across multiple levels of an organization, A degree in business, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Nice to Have
Flexibility to travel based on client footprint (approximately 50–70%)
What You'll Do.
Lead our sales growth across the Manufacturing and Distribution sectors
Originate and close Integrated Facility Services (IFS) contracts within the manufacturing and distribution sector
Manage and optimize their facilities - ensuring uptime
multi-service outsourcing solutions
Own end‑to‑end business development for integrated facility services across manufacturing and distribution sectors
Build and manage a pipeline of complex
multi‑site opportunities across regional and national portfolios
Identify and pursue target accounts across industrial manufacturing
and distribution networks
Lead consultative discovery processes
aligning solutions to operational KPIs
Structure integrated service models that balance operational needs
and long‑term performance outcomes
Partner with internal operations and engineering teams to design
and position solutions
and contract negotiations
Maintain pipeline discipline and forecasting accuracy using CRM tools
Deliver against revenue
and contract value objectives
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Engage stakeholders at all levels, from plant leadership to executive and corporate functions; Partner with internal operations and engineering teams to design, price, and position solutions; Collaboration skills, working cross‑functionally with operations, engineering, and finance teams
