7–10+ years of experience in solution‑based selling within facility services, outsourcing, or managed services, Direct experience working with K‑12 school districts and/or higher education institutions, A proven track record of closing large, multi‑year contracts (typically $1M+ annually), understanding of integrated facility management models, including bundled service delivery across technical and soft services, Experience navigating procurement‑driven environments and formal RFP processes, The ability to translate operational solutions into clear financial and institutional value, A degree in business, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
