What You'll Do.

Oversee and lead lobbying activities towards the Japanese government in coordination with ispace executives.

Propose strategic approaches to government lobbying in the US and Europe as part of a strategy to influence the Japanese government

and support ispace's global activities through network introductions.

Build relationships with the government

influence budget allocation

and engage in system design based on policy trends in Japan

Promote business development that takes an overview of Japanese missions

combining government and private sector initiatives.

Lead sales to government and private sectors in countries other than Japan

and be responsible for revenue generation for Japanese and US missions.

Lead negotiations and decision-making at the executive level for large-scale projects and projects spanning multiple missions.

Oversee the Government Relations Group

and Fund Management Group

and be responsible for Japan's sales and the P/L of Japanese missions.

Responsibly promote organizational design

## Key Responsibilites <政府渉外・ロビーイング> ispace経営幹部と連携し、日本政府に対するロビーイング活動を統括・リード 日本政府を動かすための戦略の一環として、米欧政府ロビーイングにおける戦略的な動き方を提案し、人脈紹介等を通じてispaceのグローバルベースの活動を支援 日米欧の政策動向を踏まえ、政府との関係構築・予算化・制度設計への働きかけ <事業開発(Business Development)> 政府と民間双方の動きを組み合わせ、日本の各ミッションを俯瞰した事業開発を推進 日本に加え、日本以外の国においても政府・民間向け営業をリードし、日本および米国ミッションの売上創出を担う 大型案件や複数ミッションにまたがる案件について、エグゼクティブレベルでの交渉・意思決定を主導 <部門・組織統括/経営責任> 政府・政府渉外グループ、国内事業開発グループ、基金対応グループを統括し、日本の売上および日本ミッション収支に責任を持つ 担当組織の組織設計、組織開発、人材育成、採用について、HRと連携し責任を持って推進 <提案統合・社内連携> CTOをはじめとする技術部門と連携し、政府・民間から得た情報やニーズを、社内の提案内容・提案書として具体化する 事業・技術・政策の観点を統合し、自ら内外に対して説明・交渉を行う ## Required Experience / Skills 理系分野(特に工学、航空宇宙等)のバックグラウンドを有する方 宇宙業界における10年以上の実務経験 技術部門と連携し、技術的観点を踏まえた提案・案件推進を行った経験 事業開発、政府渉外、営業、戦略立案等のいずれかの経験 日本政府・官公庁・関連機関との折衝またはプロジェクト推進経験 複数ステークホルダーを巻き込んだ案件推進経験 チームまたは組織マネジメント経験 日本語・英語双方でのビジネスコミュニケーション能力 ## Preferred Experience / Skills 宇宙政策、国家安全保障、政府予算等への理解 海外政府機関・海外企業との協業経験 大型案件や長期案件の提案・交渉経験 技術部門と連携した提案活動経験 グローバル組織での業務経験 宇宙関連補助金・基金対応経験
