Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, or related discipline, Minimum five years of experience in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or CRO sector, Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, Managing strategic client relationships, Understanding of clinical research, drug development, and medical device development processes, Established network of industry contacts, Demonstrated ability to work closely with operational teams, Align commercial objectives with business capabilities, Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications

Full Job Description
## Accountabilities Lead business development activities across assigned territories, driving revenue growth and achieving or exceeding sales objectives. Develop and execute territory sales plans, maintain accurate sales forecasts, and monitor business performance against targets. Build and strengthen relationships with pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device organizations, serving as a trusted commercial partner. Present the organization's value proposition, capabilities, and service portfolio to prospective clients, industry stakeholders, and key opinion leaders. Coordinate and participate in client meetings, capability presentations, bid defense meetings, and contract negotiations. Review project proposals and budgets, providing commercial input to support competitive and profitable opportunities. Collaborate with senior leadership to identify growth opportunities, refine commercial strategies, and support the development of new services and technologies. Contribute to pricing strategies, contract alignment, and long-term business planning to maximize commercial success. Represent the organization at industry conferences, scientific meetings, conventions, and networking events to strengthen brand visibility and generate new business opportunities. Support the negotiation and coordination of commercial agreements, including confidentiality agreements and preferred provider contracts. Promote a culture of professionalism, collaboration, quality, and operational excellence while maintaining strong cross-functional relationships. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related discipline. Master's degree, MBA, business management qualification, or project management certification is considered an advantage. Minimum of five years of experience within the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or Contract Research Organization (CRO) sector, preferably in business development, sales, marketing, or commercial leadership roles.
