Director, Business Development/Capture Multiple positions open for both Federal Civilian and Department of War, BD/Capture Directors. Responsibilities and Duties: Business Development & Market Growth Identify, qualify, and mature new business opportunities within targeted Federal agencies and accounts. Develop and execute account growth strategies aligned with corporate growth objectives. Build and maintain relationships with government customers, industry partners, and key stakeholders. Monitor agency forecasts, procurement trends, contract vehicles, and competitive landscapes. Conduct market research and competitive intelligence to support pipeline development and strategic positioning. Support pipeline management activities within CRM systems such as Salesforce Familiar with industry standard BI Tools such as GovWin / HigherGov and Open Source Capture Management Lead capture activities from pre-RFI through contract award. Develop and implement capture plans, win strategies, and price-to-win approaches. Coordinate gate reviews and ensure opportunities progress through the business development li
