Must Have
Minimum 12 years of progressive finance experience, relevant experience in a supply chain, procurement, or operations finance role, Demonstrated experience supporting a large-scale procurement or supply chain organization in a manufacturing environment, Deep expertise in TCO modeling, should-cost analysis, savings methodology design, and supplier cost benchmarking, Experience in the semiconductor, semiconductor equipment, advanced manufacturing, or high-tech hardware industry, Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP), advanced financial modeling experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI), large dataset analysis, Proven ability to lead, develop, and inspire a finance team in a fast-paced organization, Demonstrated ability to partner with cross-functional teams in fast-moving, technology-driven organizations, Strategic mindset with proven ability to influence senior leadership and drive cost/ productivity improvements, Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, High level of integrity, attention to detail, ability to thrive under pressure in a dynamic industry
