What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5-8+ years of management consulting or corporate strategy experience, MBA degree or equivalent preferred (or similar experience)

Top-tier strategy consulting toolkit: critical thinking, structured problem solving, sophisticated analysis and business insights, and executive-level communications, High intellectual curiosity and analytical orientation, high aptitude for problem solving using both fact-based and hypothesis-driven approaches, Experience leading and contributing to an organization’s top strategic projects including defining actionable strategies to grow leveraging outside-in perspectives informed by understanding of financial services market and consumer trends, Innovative, forward-thinker who quickly understands the context, and effectively challenges the status quo and drives tough decisions, Executive communication skills and ability to craft compelling, executive level presentations, organizational navigator and teammate who finds common ground and can drive alignment among management, colleagues, and peers using both personal interactions and written communications
