What They're Looking For.

Must Have

8+ years in brand marketing with demonstrated ownership of integrated campaigns, Equally effective as an individual contributor and a team leader, writing and creative direction skills, Ability to push back on briefs that aren't right, on creative that isn't there yet, on messaging that sounds like every other financial services company in Canada, Ability to write, Ability to run a campaign end to end (integrated planning, agency management, production timelines, performance analysis), Understanding of how to build a brand rooted in product, Ability to thrive in an evolving org structure, Ability to build trust through initiative

Nice to Have

B2C financial services or consumer tech a plus, Canadian market experience preferred, Experience in PR (media relationships, announcement strategy, a sense for what journalists want)

What You'll Do.

Make the brand real day to day

Represent the quality bar for public-facing Neo brand elements

Bridge the gap between high-level strategy and hands-on output

Partner with founders to shape PR profile

Fill gaps in creative infrastructure (brand guidelines

Raise the bar for brand output

Ensure brand integrity across all touchpoints (product launches

Own external communications (eventually)
