Provides technical and managerial leadership
Develops departmental tactics
Collaborates with operational partners
Provides strategic direction and operational oversight
Partners with operations in identifying and troubleshooting
Directs vendor contracting
service level agreements
Negotiates system-wide service agreements
Develops and manages the annual operating budget
Reviews and prioritizes all strategic capital requests
Optimizes annual capital purchasing power
Manages and evaluates equipment planning
Provides management of equipment performance
Ensures vendor compliance
Ensures all program elements are designed and implemented
Identify all opportunities from Customer Satisfaction Survey
