What They're Looking For.
Must Have
10+ years of experience within alliances, hyperscaler ecosystems, cloud partnerships, strategic sales, enterprise GTM leadership, or technology consulting organizations, Proven track record of building and generating partner-influenced or partner-originated pipeline within the AWS ecosystem, Demonstrated ability to create pipeline momentum through co-sell motions, executive engagement, field seller relationships, ecosystem positioning, and enterprise account development, Experience in commercializing service offerings and building AWS-aligned GTM campaigns, executive communication and relationship management skills, Ability to operate independently and build momentum in ambiguous or early-stage growth environments without requiring highly structured oversight
Nice to Have
understanding of Amazon Connect, AWS AI/ML services, cloud modernization, and CX transformation

Own AWS ecosystem strategy and go-to-market execution
Drive AWS partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue
Lead development and execution of joint GTM campaigns
Build repeatable AWS-aligned sales motions
Position Miratech as a preferred partner
Enable internal teams and AWS stakeholders
Perform other duties as required
