Must Have
Considerable experience of shaping and growing strategic advisory services., Considerable experience of managing relationships and influencing at C-Suite level with UK public sector clients., Considerable experience of providing strategic advice to infrastructure clients, including helping them solve complex problems, undertake strategic business planning, develop investment strategies, and creating a clear and compelling narrative to influence stakeholders., Considerable experience of working alongside strategic partners, such as Big 4 accountancy firms, SMEs, and/ strategy houses, to achieve clients outcomes., Considerable experience of leading multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic solutions to clients., Considerable experience of working directly with clients in uncertain environments, shaping and influencing decisions, and achieving key targets such as agreed outcomes and client satisfaction., Considerable experience of leading projects to meet key targets, including safety, wellbeing, revenue, and margin.
