Must Have
12–15+ years’ experience in estimating within transmission, power, or major infrastructure projects, expertise in Transmission lines (overhead/underground HV systems, towers, line systems), expertise in Substations and switchyards (transformers, breakers, protection & control), Proven experience building or transforming estimating functions and frameworks, understanding of CAPEX project delivery, stage-gate estimating, and cost classifications (Class 5 → Class 1), Experience integrating estimating with project controls and risk management, leadership, stakeholder engagement, commercial acumen
