Degree in Civil Engineering, Degree in Architecture, Degree in Real Estate Management, Degree in Business Administration, MBA, MRICS, Real Estate Economist qualification, Hospitality background, Experience with hotel asset class, Experience with Retail asset class, Experience with Healthcare asset class, Experience with Operational Real Estate asset class, Proficiency in other European languages, Proficiency in US markets

Develop asset management strategy
Translate growth strategy into operating logic
Act as sparring partner for management
Represent position to investors
Manage lease agreements
Negotiate with owners and investors
Coordinate technical due diligence
Manage maintenance strategy
Manage modernization strategy
Lead central asset management team
Lead decentralized technical teams
Manage external partners
Serve as interface to other departments
