Job Summary The Director of Asset Management is responsible for full oversight of the regional portfolio, owning asset strategy, leasing decisions, and performance outcomes. This is a key leadership role within Faropoint's asset management organization, combining hands-on portfolio management with team leadership, strategic portfolio development, and investor relations. The Director will mentor asset management professionals, drive operational excellence across the portfolio, and ensure alignment of leasing, financial, and operational strategies with fund objectives.
